Why The Devil Is He Out To Get You?

The devil's agenda for tricking Adam and Eve intoeating the wrong fruit and thus rebelling against God,was so he could be like the most high GOD himself.

The devil (Lucifer) cleverly devised his plan to belike God by tricking Adam and Eve into eating from thetree of the knowledge of good and evil instead of Thetree of Life.

This made him the spiritual opposition to God Himselfand total opposite in representing and controlling allthat is evil, like God represents and controls allthat is good, thus in a since being like the most highGOD.

Isaiah 14:12-14 How art thou fallen from heaven, OLucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down tothe ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thouhast said in thy heart, I will ascend into heaven, Iwill exalt my throne above the stars of God: I willsit also upon the mount of the congregation, in thesides of the north: I will ascend above the heights ofthe clouds; I will be like the most High.

He also wants to trick as many of us as possible intosinning and not trusting in God by any means necessaryjust like he deceived Adam and Eve.

The tree of the knowledge of good and evil representsworldly achievements (the way of death) since thedevil promised eve they would be as gods. Likewise thetree of life represents eternal life which is a giftonly God has the power to offer.

There were two paths, and only two. The tree ofeternal Life (of which Adam and eve could have clearlyand freely eaten from with Gods blessing) or the paththat leads to death, the tree of the knowledge of goodand evil which God forbid them from eating from.

The minute Adam and Eve choice to eat from the tree ofthe knowledge of good and evil (the path that leads todeath) our free will was established in this area.

This free will consists of the ability to make achoice whether it be good or evil, right or wrong, prosperous or wasteful and done of your own accord.

Genesis 3:22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man isbecome as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the treeof life, and eat, and live for ever:

What does it mean to have free will?

To have free will at least two conditions must exist.

We must have two or more possibilities genuinelyopen to us when we face a choice. Our choice must notbe forced.

God is omniscient or all-knowing and infinitely wise,i.e. God knows everything about the past, the present, and the future. In addition, God has given humanbeings free will so that human beings can choosebetween good and evil.

The fact is that everybody is the same when they areborn, having known nothing about the world. However, the problem is that when we babies grow up their arepeople and environments surrounding us, that influenceour make-up. How do you think people learn to commitcrimes and sell drugs? Always remember that it is thedevil, either threw direct influence (demonsmanipulating your thoughts) or threw the influence ofothers who are being manipulated by demons themselves.

Sin is passed down to all of us from the father of theflesh and his disobedient and proud spirit. That's whyit is far more harder to do the right thing over thewrong thing because your mind is your worst enemy.

You may sometimes imagine a scenario that seems like agood outcome from a wrong decision, only to find outlater what a terrible mistake you've made.

What happens in most cases is demons hide themselveswithin our minds making us take on their personalitywhile leading us to believe that it is actually ourpersonality. Our thoughts are not always our own.

You can defeat this kind of attack by resisting sinand choosing the (always harder) right thing over thewrong thing threw your free will. By doing this youare putting on the Armour of God and He will protectyou.

Ephesians 6. 12-13 For we wrestle not against fleshand blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Whereforetake unto you the whole Armour of God, that ye may beable to withstand in the evil day, and having doneall, to stand.

There are only two paths, the two basic choices inevery decision we make in our everyday lives: good orevil and right or wrong. Upon which are you walking?
