Communication Breakdown - Dont Let It Happen To You

Do you have Communication breakdown?

How are you communicating with your contacts?

We need:

Contacts we can send emails to regarding our businessopportunities.

Contacts we can build up a good working relationship with, similar interests as far as business opportunities go.

Contacts we can share how we are going with our businessopportunities.

Contacts we can trust to be honest with us about what, how, when and why, as we operate our business and opportunities.

Contacts we can become friends with, even though we are onother sides of the world and may never meet but can be openwith each other like good friends are.

With all these contacts there is one common factor---COMMUNICATION. yes that's right communicating witheach other.

I have been amazed how much one can gauge by sending emailsand receiving emails in return. A lot can come through inthe written word. Mostly I don't think we even realise howmuch of our personalities we show when we send an email.

Of course so many emails we receive, are not written by thesender, they are written by an experienced copywritter.

There are also many operating online for years and years whohave never written an email using their own words yet they sendemails daily to our inboxes.

They do this very well. so have never even thought tocompose a message to their contact list, this is a shame. Itis a shame because they have never given their contacts a chanceto get to know them.

The same thing goes for their contacts. Some of my contactshave never sent me an email about anything, I may beinterested in their opportunities and may like to offer themto my contacts.

So you see, communication is a huge part of this InternetMarketing. It is advertising, but more importantly it iscommunciation and communicating with each other.

The trust we build when we communicate helps with our everyday life on the Internet. So let You show and let others get to Know You.

I have found it hard not to write the way I was taught inschool, Sister Mary Hitemharder gave me a good grounding inEnglish writing and old habits are hard to break, but I amlearning. Because we are not face to face, it is best towrite as though you are talking to the person. Less formaland not intimidating and the more you do it the easier itbecomes.

Some people seem to have the knack, but if you talk to themthey have worked hard to achieve the easy style.

So start tapping at those keys and put your own words upthere on the screen and let others get to know you. Put yourpersonality out there and you will be surprised at therewards you will receive.

I remember one email I received very early in my onlineactivities. I didn't act on this offer straight away, letthe email sit there for a day or so. It had one of thosesections at the bottom for the earnings of the sender. Imust admit they looked very good. So I was considering this very seriously and being very new to it all, was a little cautious.

A couple of days later the same subject line appears in mymail box but the sender is different and guess what? Thesetwo people had earned exactly the same amount of money onexactly the same days. I thought that amazing, what anenormous coincidence. Now really!!!!

This is what I mean about writing in your own words. Itwould have been better for both these people to write thatit is possible to earn good money with this program and not take someone's earnings as their own.

Needless to say those offers I wouldn't waste any time on,just press the 'D' key and, away they go, to theDump folder.

Do yourself a favour and write to your lists, let it beyou. I for one will look forward to reading your mail.

So how are your contacts going? Do you know? Take theplunge, write and find out. Communicate, don't havecommunication breakdown.
